Meet the Lab Director
KnifeReviewLab was founded by a university-trained biologist who noticed a massive data gap in the tool industry. After years of frustrating 'knuckle-banging' on cutting boards while filming for Chatty Dad Cooks, our founder realized that most reviews were subjective opinions rather than objective research.
